Great hoodie but it came out of the packaging with stains. Was told to try and wash it out, that didn’t work and no discount or partial refund was offered.

The hoodie is very comfortable and warm, perfect for winters. The colour is very nice and subtle so it fits many different outfit combinations. Would definitely buy others of the same type. Shipping did take around a week which is completely fine by me since I got shipping numbers and tracking.
